Grammar is easy. So please don't think that you can't start learn it. If you want to learn it, then try learn it. When you take lesson or ask a friend (that is not Japanese) who speaks Japanese. Ask them and I'm sure they will say "try learn it, it is not so difficult than you think"
You only stop yourself with thinking like that.
